Pacific West is a group of very diverse, very skilled individuals who have grown tired of the stale, wasteful, predictable approach to designing, building homes and apartments.

While our approach is new. Our people aren’t. Not that we’re calling ourselves old. Well, some of us are. What we mean is that although Pacific West is “leading edge”, our team has been together for decades. In all, the core team has built more than 8,000 homes and apartments.

Our goal is simple: improve people’s lives. That means all people. Those who buy our homes. Those who move into one of our apartments. Even those who don't do either. And, yes, we’d like to improve our lives, as well. We recognize that we’re all in this thing called life. Together we make up the Human Collective. So why not honor that in our work?
